These terms apply to the SharedWorld website, software, and related hosted services made available by the project maintainer.
1. Use of SharedWorld
You may use SharedWorld in accordance with the project's published documentation and license terms. SharedWorld is an open-source project, and parts of the software may also be made available under separate repository or package terms where stated.
2. No warranty
SharedWorld is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.
3. Limitation of liability
In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from, out of, or in connection with SharedWorld or the use or other dealings in SharedWorld.
4. Third-party services
SharedWorld may rely on third-party services such as Google Drive, GitHub, or self-hosted backend infrastructure. Your use of those services may also be subject to the separate terms and privacy practices of their respective operators.
